So after the concert when everyone was piling out in droves, we just hung out in there until the crowd was gone. Last call at the regular stands was 10 pm, but inside the comfort zone they serve later (until 11:30 or so). Almost worth the extra $20 per person based on the that fact alone! Another plus is that they serve later in there. The bathrooms were air conditioned with individual stalls and nice sinks. Its still outside under an awning, but they do a good job of keeping the area cool.

They ask people to line up in rows when you get there to keep it somewhat orderly. You just check in with security when you get there and they hand you a chair, and you go find a spot. You don't have to fight for a good spot or chairs. If you get lawn tickets, the upgrade to VIP lawn is definitely worth it. We never stay under the pavilion in actual seats because it looks so crowded and hard to get in and out. The premier, premium reserved and EZ Out parking are on the west side of the amphitheatre accessible from Oak Park Avenue and 191st.Great venue for concerts if you like the outdoors! Only complaint were food and drink prices, but that was expected. They are both on the east side of the amphitheatre accessible from Ridgeland Avenue by Flossmoor Road. The gold and platinum are sold by third party websites, i.e., Stub Hub, Vivid seats, etc. I hope this helps everyone like it helped me.

Here is what the amphitheater sent me by email when I asked about the options. The parking options from ticket resellers is across from the amphitheater but quite convenient and the exit speed is faster because you are not in the venue traffic jam.

As people have posted here there is costly premier parking with faster entry and exit from shows and believe me it is worth it if you don't want to spend and got it more leaving after the show. Other apps like Stub Hub and Vivid Seats have different names for their parking options. The amphitheater has its own parking which you can find on their website or through Ticketmaster. I was incredibly confused about parking outings at this venue.
